This cosy barn
conversion is part of the old farmstead of Severals Grange, now the
home of Hoecroft Plants, a small nursery specialising in ornamental
grasses, variegated and coloured foliage plants. Situated just North of
the village of Wood Norton, on the B1110, eight miles South of Holt, it is
ideally placed amongst the various holiday attractions of North Norfolk,
from Sandringham in the West to the Norfolk Broads in the

Accommodation
On the ground floor, a well fitted kitchen, (including fridge-freezer, electric cooker and microwave) with dining area , is separated by a small lobby from the sitting room, comfortably furnished and with colour television and DVD player. French doors open to a small private terrace and lawn. From the sitting room an open pine staircase leads to the upper floor, with two bedrooms and a shower room, with shower cubicle, handbasin and W.C. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed; the other with two singles. Both have built in wardrobes. The cottage is fully carpeted throughout, and has oil fired central heating. There are no extra charges for heating, electricity or linen. Towels are not provided. Plenty of "off-road" parking space and a shed is available for storing bikes etc. No pets and no smoking please.
